I loved hearing about Tim and your journey together. And your daughter. And your love of cooking and I know you’ve told these before but the reminders, CODAs coming back in these episodes every once in a while paint a great picture. I promise I will try the gravy recipe too but I truly enjoyed the rest of this short clip

This is pretty much it, though I would sub in parmesan or grana padano for a more bitey taste.

Knotts Berry Farm -- you bring back childhood memories -- oftentimes if we'd visited Disneyland for the day, we would stop at Knotts Berry Farm on the way home for the fried chicken dinner. This was way before it had all those rides, back in the 60s.

re: "marine layer" -- that also gets called the "June gloom", for the obvious reason.
