You surprise me - I thought it was illegal to not care for cinnamon in the US? When I first moved to America from England I noticed that virtually the whole country smells of it and Americans put it in pretty much everything!
Can you believe when I make an apple pie, I may put cloves in it but rarely cinnamon. Do not tell the authorities, I may be deported because I'm sure that's a federal offence to the national desert.
